Documentation still wrong about createProcedure yaml's procedureText attribute — how to update?

This JIRA [CORE-1847] - liquibase.jira.com describes exactly the problem which is summarised as follows:

  • when using yaml the docs say you can use a procedureText block. Wrong. It’s not passed through.
  • you have to instead use the deprecated attribute not mentioned in the docs: procedureBody

I’m just wondering:

  1. Why was the above JIRA closed as “By design” even though this does not yet work with yaml, and
  2. Should the documentation not be updated to reflect this? It’s been some years.

Had the docs been clear this would have saved me a lot of time. Thoughts?
