# dropFirst is ignored when defined in property files

I’m using the last liquibase version:

1. 
2. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 
3. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; org.liquibase
4. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; liquibase-core
5. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.2.0
6. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 

When I set it in property file:
1. 
2. username: root
3. password: admin
4. verbose: true
5. dropFirst: true

- 
- [INFO] Settings----------------------------
- ...
- [INFO] &nbsp; &nbsp; drop first? true
-
