# Formatted SQL and changelog parameters

I haven’t been able to get changelog parameters to successfully be replaced using formatted SQL changelogs.&nbsp; Is this supported?

No, there is no support for it currently. Definitely add a feature request at [liquibase.jira.com](http://liquibase.jira.com).&nbsp;

The general goal of the formatted SQL is to have it be just as parsable by a standard SQL prompt as liquibase, but I can see where support for parameters would be helpful.

Nobody else has tried to do this? &nbsp;I’m just wondering if this is a bug or if I need to make a feature request or what.
