This seems to be happening recently from past few hours. We are also experiencing this issue. I saw that this is also reported in github [Issue with https://www.liquibase.org/xml/ns/dbchangelog/dbchangelog-3.6.xsd · Issue #3183 · liquibase/liquibase · GitHub](https://github.com/liquibase/liquibase/issues/3183) . ---

This should be resolved. We also highly recommend upgrading, as newer versions have a.) security fixes and b.) will find the XSD locally > > > Hi, > > All our instances using liquibase is failing to run suddenly in the past …24 hours with the below error.
