While I am running the liquibase history --url=jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5433/postgres it showing this error this the liquibase properties  
url=jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5433/postgres  
username=postgresdemo  
password=root  
driver=org.postgresql.Driver  
changelog-file=classpath:db/changelog/db.changelog-master.xml

this is the maven plugin

resolved by using the maven commands
