Choosing the Stord procedures you want to deploy with IncludeAll

I have say 100 stored procedures and I plan to use includeAll in the master changelog pointing to the folder containing this all SPs. This is my first deployment using Liquibase and I have to deploy only 10 SPs out of 100. Where the latest of other SPs is already available in prod. How do I do that? How do I deploy only 10 and I do not want other Developers editing the master change log always.
