Are Release Notes for 4.0.0 available? I only found the GH releases page, which lists (directly and indirectly) all commits. The same in Jira.
https://docs.liquibase.com/release-notes/home.html holds a blog about 4.0.0-beta1, only.
I really would appreciate real release notes with Whats New section and transition guide if you need to integrate from older versions (3.10.1) to 4.0.0. I think there are API changes which are worth mentioning.
