Liquibase & Spring Boot - Executing already executed changesets

Hello there,
I have an issue with liquibase-core library (4.9.1) for Spring Boot.

I have some changesets that are already executed on version 3.5.3 and after upgrading Liquibase to version 4.9.1 the system could not detect already executed changesets.

Does anyone have an idea what’s going on?
