mssql: diff dropColumn schemaName incorrect

Hi Nathan,

I believe this is a bug. When I generate a diff change log, the dropColumn elements have an incorrect schemaName - incorrectly set the same as the tableName.

Any plans for a patch release anytime soon?

It is a bug.  I am planning on releasing 1.9.4 this week and the fix will be in there.
