68.1% ship changes weekly or faster

64.3% cite data quality as a top AI related risk

Average org runs 5 database types
The main takeaway: Many orgs are going “All Gas, No Brakes,” primarily under the banner of AI investments. Change is accelerating across more platforms and teams, and most organizations are still stitching together controls and evidence after the fact.
