Updating an existing foreign key Constraint

How do we modify an already existing foreign key constraint. For example, I want to change the make the onUpdate attribute of foreign key constraint to ‘cascade’. So that I’ll be able to update the value in the base table as well as the referencing table.
How can this be achieved?
