ANT promptOnNonLocalDatabase does not prompt (Liquibase 2.0)

I’m testing Liquibase 2.0 RC2 (LQB-DEF-123)

Running the task updateDatabase in ANT with promptOnNonLocalDatabase set to true does not open a dialog as known from Liquibase 1.9.5.

I just checked LQB-DEF-144 and noticed that the prompt is not displayed.
