Building a liquibase rpm

I see that a liquibase.spec file is included in the liquibase tar balls. However, there is a patch requirement in the spec that requires liquibase-bin.patch. I have looked everywhere to find this apparent patch file but can’t find a reference to it anywhere on the web. Can someone clarify what this patch is and why I can’t find it anywhere?

I’m not sure what it is for. The spec file came in with a pull request and I haven’t really dug into it a lot to know how well it works. I took the liquibase-bin.patch reference out since it isn’t referencing anything that exists anymore.
