.sql file save as format of ANSI/ASCII,it’s no problem.
but if it contains Chinese,it will messy code.
what is the format of xx.sql ?

It should default to UTF-8. I created http://liquibase.jira.com/browse/CORE-912 to track the issue. Could you post a sample .sql file to the issue so I can better troubleshoot it?
