How do I insert text containing a single quote?

I have a changeset which looks like the following:

  1.          
  2. 'What is your father\'s middle name?' 


Any thoughts?

Sorry, I mistyped a sentence there. Please replace:

If you cannot tell, we are replacing the single quote with two single quotes. This is not how to escape a quote with MySql. What I need to insert is:

Never mind I figured this out, there was a problem with another piece of the insert statement. Sorry for the noise.
