Jira: cannot create new account

Hello,

Not sure this is the appropriate place but I cannot figure out another one…

I cannot create a new account in liquibase Jira, the captcha is not shown and if I proceed without the screen just got blank.
See attached screenshot.

I tried with firefox/chrome/IE, I also tried to clean the cache.
It doesn’t seem to be a temporary issue as I already tried yesterday.

Thanks for the heads up, I contacted Jira support.

They said it was probably due to a known issue. I disabled captcha for account creation, LMK if you can create an account now.
