Since it appears to be too easy to post a new topic or reply to a topic without being logged into the forum, I am changing the permissions so you need to be signed in to post.
If you are logged in, there will be a yellow “New Topic” button on the top of the screen, if not you will need to sign in.
If you had an account on the old forum system, you can use the “forgot password” function to recover your account using your email address.
