<stop> changetype message attribute

We got an issue on Github about the message attribute for the stop changetype (more info here The XSD misses the message attribute for the <stop> change · Issue #1734 · liquibase/liquibase · GitHub) and we wanted your feedback for it!
Basically, the question is, do we add a message attribute to the stop changetype for xml changelogs?

Thanks for posting, Fede! I don’t have anything to add, but hopefully some other community members can provide some feedback about whether to add a message attribute to the stop changetype in changelogs for XML databases.
