ValidationFailedException 2 change-sets check sum after Upgrade liquidbase from 3.10.2 to 4.23.1

after upgrade Liquisbase from 3.1.2 to 4.23.1 2 of our change-sets hat a validation error i have the same error when i upgrade to 4.0.0.0 did i the checksum calculation changes but why only 2 change-have a problem?

Check for duplicate changeset “ID” and “author” in the same filename. That was not checked in older versions, but is in newer versions.
