I�ve created a liquibase-rails gem to allow Liquibase to integrate well with JRuby on Rails. This was extracted from a project that shares a schema between Java-based and Rails-based frontends. I�m plugging it here in case anyone would like to give it a go and because of the LiquiBase Extension Contest 2009…

Currently compatible with 1.9.1, should be fully compatible with 2.0 before contest deadline.
