Are version previous to 3.8.0 supported?

We work with liquibase 3.5.5 and we are planning to upgrade to 4.X
Since Liquibase is open source from 3.8.0, do we have proffesional support with 3.5.5, and would we lose it when upgrading? Or does the change to open source affects previous versions retroactively?

Liquibase has been open source throughout its history. Version 3.8.0 was when we first started offering professional support. All versions since then have professional support available, and are open source.
