Dbchangelog-3.5.xsd error 1) could not find the document;

Dear, good morning everyone, a few hours ago we have been receiving this error, it had already happened some time ago after an update on the liquibase website, does anyone else have this problem?
‘http://www.liquibase.org/xml/ns/dbchangelog/dbchangelog-3.5.xsd’, because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not xsd:schema.

From the browser it opens correctly but from the system I cannot reach the reference file.

All help is appreciated in advance.

The liquibase version is not updated, since the system is inside a docker and we do not have access to the source code.

@Gabriel there was an issue yesterday with DNS for liquibase.com that caused this issue for older versions of Liquibase that rely on an external XSD file.

Our recommendation is to update your version, as newer versions have a fallback to local artifacts. If you are not able to do that, this comment would be the next best option: Liquibase website is unavailable · Issue #4355 · liquibase/liquibase · GitHub
