Liquibase with readonly way without db change log

I’ll be using liquibase to get the details of the Database. Not using it to update any tables or columns. So is there anyway to make liquibase as Read-Only?

If so, I believe we don’t need the db-change-log.xml in case of Read-Only. So is there anyway to have liquibase without db-change-log.xml
