Server error in getting schema file

when I try to do an update, I get an apache error for downloading this file


http://www.liquibase.org/xml/ns/dbchangelog/dbchangelog-2.0.xsd


Anyone else getting it? Any way to run liquibase so it doesn’t validate the schema?

Same issue here. 

I get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
