Data Migration between environments

Hi, 

We have Oracle configuration tables and data is inserted into these config tables through the application. And then the configuration data gets tested thoroughly so we could move the same data into production env. 

How could I use Liquibase to move this configuration data from one environment to another?

Please can you assist, in the same query. We are also having the sql files and wanted to convert the liquibase format.

How can we do it.
