Downloadable manual

Currently there is not a way, but we are currently moving how the manual is managed so that it will be stored in github and can be exported as part of each release going forward.

Finding liquibase very useful, many thanks!

Sometimes I work with limited or no internet access, so a downloadable copy of the manual would be handy.

Is it possible to export that part of the wiki to a static html set?
