Simba JDBC Driver for Apache Cassandra no longer available

I am following the getting started guide for Liquibase & Cassandra (Get Up and Running with Liquibase and Apache Cassandra | Liquibase.com), and the first step says to download the Simba JDBC Driver for Apache Cassandra from Apache Cassandra Download  |  DataStax Enterprise. However, the Datastax downloads page no longer lists this driver, and googling for it did not yield useful results. Ultimately, I was able to get it using Archive dot org, but I think an updated guide using a different driver would be useful.
